Hello everyone! I wanted to do more Petit Vour beauty box videos but long story short, I do not currently have access to editing software or have room on my computer. One of my summer projects is to clean up the files on my computer so hopefully I get to that sooner than later… In the meantime, I am going to post a written review of everything.
Hi everyone! This summer has been super hectic for me. I learned how to balance a full-time job with summer classes and the classes ended up taking up almost all my time when I was not working. My last day was Wednesday, so I finally have some free time (and energy) to blog!
I know many of us struggle with the decisions of whether to buy cheap or expensive tools to go along with our makeup. Sometimes, buying an inexpensive tool ends up being more costly than investing in a quality tool. This post will discuss a tool that I bought recently that has changed my beauty routine for the better.
I did it! I got through my first video with little to no mess-ups. I am actually very excited to keep making videos and get less nervous as the time comes. I apologize in advance to the companies if/when I mispronounced their brand names or products. I said “L.A. Fresh” instead “La Fresh” because my poor eyesight made me believe that there were dots between the “L” and “A.” I also butchered RawSkinCeuticals. I tend to stammer a lot when I am nervous. There are a couple other things I want to mention besides my mistakes in pronouncing names.
Hi everyone! I want to apologize for being absent for so long. I took a week off from my classes due to medication making me feel terrible and so I have been catching up with readings, assignments, and checking in with my professors and TAs. A couple of weeks ago, I thought I lost my expensive Lime Crime eyeliner so I ordered a bunch of stuff from e.l.f., including their Precision Liquid Eyeliner to replace it. Though I still have a lot of Lime Crime products and use them, you can read here about why I will no longer be buying from the company. I see no need to throw away products if my viewpoint on a company changes because it is wasteful. I have always hated wasting things and strive to minimize waste as much as possible.
As someone with combination skin that changes with the seasons, I’m always looking for new beauty products. The products I use in the morning are different than what I use at night and very different than what I use in the summer vs. the winter. I also need to “change it up” every so often or else my skin gets too dry or stays oily. Like I said, combination skin.
